I am heading over to the W3C FOAF Workshop in Galway. I have never been to Ireland, really looking forward to it. Will spend a bit of time in London.

Many interesting people will be at the Workgroup — many of which I have only read about. Will be interesting to see how theSxip Network fits into what these people think about the web.

My machinery has arrived. It is a pretty wild machine. Here is a B&W in the garage across from Lucy Mae Browns — one of my favorite watering holes. Finding places that Valet is getting to be a key factor in selecting a dining location.

While coming back from the Grand Canyon, we got to fly over the strip. Here is the Belagio. Wish we had stayed there. We stayed at the Venitian. Not the same. Really, it is not the same. … but that would be a rant!

While the new 30″ display from Apple is big, nothing is like the Grande Canyon. Took a helicopter ride through the Canyon. Got to sit up front. Very fun. Here is a shot.

I can’t seem to get enough of Vegas this year. Popped down there for some fun in the blistering heat, and was thrilled to catch Elton John. Here is a photo I took with my new camera — worked out reasonably well. Note in the video of Elton singing in the TV in the screen image that is him singing during the Video. I thought that was cool. The Dance Video reminded me of the new dance that has couples work out all their agressions — kind of like love/hate sex.
